Who we are

This policy explains how OROVA, based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, handles personal information collected through orova.agency. OROVA is responsible for the information you share with us through this website.

What we collect

When you submit an enquiry, we collect your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number if you choose to provide it, and the message you choose to share. This may include business or project details you enter in the form.

For discovery calls, we also collect your preferred or selected time, time zone and any note you choose to share so we can arrange your call.

We also record which form you used, the submission time, a reference number, the time recorded by our attention timer and the sending status of the enquiry emails.

Our hosting and security providers may process technical information such as your IP address, browser details and request logs to deliver, protect and understand use of the website.

How we use it

• To receive your enquiry, understand your needs and respond.
• To follow up about your enquiry by phone or WhatsApp if you provide a number.
• To send you a personalised acknowledgement and notify the OROVA team.
• To discuss a potential project and keep a record of our conversation.
• To prevent duplicate or abusive submissions and maintain the website.

We process the information you choose to provide to respond to your request and, where relevant, take steps towards working together. Where consent is required, we rely on your consent. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter or marketing list.

The attention timer and cookies

The attention timer runs in your browser during your visit. It pauses while the page is hidden and stops when you reach the contact section. Its current value is sent to us only if you submit a form.

The timer does not identify you across visits or follow you around the internet. We have not added advertising pixels or advertising cookies to this website. Hosting and security services may use essential cookies or technical logs to operate the site.

If you allow analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand visitor numbers, approximate locations, traffic sources, devices, page views and engagement. We also measure service views, button clicks and successful enquiries. Google Analytics uses identifiers stored in cookies to recognise visits. We do not send your name, email address, phone number or enquiry message to Analytics, and advertising personalisation is disabled.

Analytics is optional and loads only after you allow it. We remember your cookie choice in this browser for up to six months. You can decline or withdraw permission at any time using Cookie settings. Changing your choice does not affect your ability to use the website or send an enquiry.

Our digital business-card pages do not load Google Analytics or record analytics events, so they do not show an analytics cookie banner.

Where your information goes

Your enquiry is saved in our website database and sent to OROVA’s inbox at hello@orova.agency. A separate acknowledgement is sent to the email address you enter.

When you confirm an available discovery-call slot, your booking details are stored in OROVA’s Google Calendar and Google sends a calendar invitation to your email. Google Meet may provide the meeting link. A call request without a selected slot is handled as an enquiry; we contact you to agree on a time.

We use OpenAI Sites and its Cloudflare infrastructure to host the website and store enquiries, and Google Apps Script and Gmail to send and receive enquiry emails. These providers process information needed to operate those services and may process it outside the UAE.

When you allow analytics, Google also processes website usage data through Google Analytics. You can read more in how Google uses information from sites that use its services.

We do not sell your personal information. We may also disclose information when required by law or when necessary to protect legal rights.

Keeping your information

We retain enquiry records and related emails for as long as needed to handle your request, manage our relationship and meet applicable legal obligations. The period depends on the nature of the enquiry and whether it becomes an ongoing project.

You can ask us to delete your enquiry by emailing us. We may need to retain some information where required by law. We use access controls to protect enquiry records, although no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to or a copy of your information, correct inaccurate details, request deletion, or ask us to restrict or stop certain processing. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing. You may also raise a complaint with the relevant data protection authority.
